Shipping Outside the U.S. and Canada The only orders we ship outside the U.S. and Canada are software orders totalling $400 or more and orders for the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Video Guide. We do not ship hardware items (including digital recorders and microphones) outside the U.S. and Canada. On orders outside the U.S. and Canada, the credit card billing address must match the shipping address. On orders outside the U.S. and Canada, we provide your credit card account on the FedEx waybill to pay the cost of shipping your package. On your credit card bill, there will be a charge from us for the merchandise you ordered (with no shipping charge), plus a separate charge from FedEx for shipping.
