Returns (Dragon Video Guide and Watch and Learn)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of the video, simply return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
Returns (All other products)
Products that are unopened and in new condition may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days of purchase. Opened products, including software and hardware, are non-returnable and non-exchangable. All products are warrantied against defects by their manufacturer, and computer products include manufacturer's technical support.
Shipping within the U.S.
Our shipping rates are same regardless of the size of your order:
Ground service: $9.95
Second-day: $19.95
Overnight: $29.95
Shipping to Canada
Standard shipping (insured UPS) is $27.95 for all orders to Canada.
Shipping Outside the U.S. and Canada
The only orders we ship outside the U.S. and Canada are software orders totalling $400 or more and orders for the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Video Guide.
We do not ship hardware items (including digital recorders and microphones) outside the U.S. and Canada.
On orders outside the U.S. and Canada, the credit card billing address must match the shipping address.
On orders outside the U.S. and Canada, we provide your credit card account on the FedEx waybill to pay the cost of shipping your package. On your credit card bill, there will be a charge from us for the merchandise you ordered (with no shipping charge), plus a separate charge from FedEx for shipping. Shipping costs are typically $40 to $60 for the first item plus about $10 for each additional item. The exact amount depends on the destination country and the weight of the order.
